Delivery and Pick-Up Policy
We offer free delivery every day and try to deliver items before you arrive.

Prior to delivery, all of our equipment is sanitized.  Your equipment can be delivered to hotels, resorts, B & B’s, and private residences within the cities of Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, Summerland and Carpinteria.  Deliveries to areas outside of these regions are made for an additional delivery and return fee. We service the Ventura, Oxnard and Ojai areas routinely. We can arrange for special deliveries to unique vacation destinations such as boats, however, it must be a secure and reasonably accessible location.

Delivery and pick-up hours are from 9am-1pm.  We can accommodate special delivery requests on a case-by-case basis, based upon our schedule.  Late returns will be charged on a daily basis.

YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LIABILITY WAIVER LOCATED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE ORDERS PAGE, AND ON THE BACK OF THE INVOICE THAT IS DELIVERED WITH YOUR ORDER.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations placed prior to 48 hours of scheduled delivery will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations placed within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will be charged for one full day of the full reservation amount or receive full credit for use at a later date.  Refunds for early termination of rentals will be prorated at 50% of the remaining unused rental term; actual term used will not be refunded.

Delivery Location Procedures:

HOTELS and RESORTS:
Please notify the hotel in advance, including the concierge, that we will be making a delivery at your scheduled hour.  Some hotels allow us to deliver the equipment directly to your room. Otherwise, we will leave your equipment at the concierge marked clearly with your name.

Please return all equipment to the concierge clearly marked with “Santa Barbara Baby Company”.  Also, please let the concierge know at what time the equipment is scheduled for pick-up.

RENTAL HOME
Your equipment will be placed in your rental house prior to your arrival.  Simply provide us with any contact information you have for where you are staying and we can schedule your delivery and pickup directly with the contact.  Please note that this service is only available based on the rental property manager discretion.

NON-RENTAL PRIVATE RESIDENCE
Simply provide us with any contact information you have for the delivery location and we can make delivery arrangements directly with the contact.

SPECIAL LOCATIONS
We can arrange for special deliveries to unique vacation destinations such as boats, however, it must be a secure and reasonably accessible location.  Please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can assess the best manner in which to arrange delivery and pick-up.
